My name is Kaera and I am an independent hairstylist inside Svella Salon and Suites , located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. I have been behind the chair since 2016, specializing in blonde and brunette hair. I believe package pricing is more beneficial than ala carte. It’s more inclusive and gives you a better idea of what your color will cost. Occasionally there will be an extra charge for extra color, but I will always go over that with you before we start any service. All of my color services are packages, the only “add on” is a haircut because you don’t need a haircut every time you come see me. Policies: If you need an adjustment it must be done within 7 days of your appointment or you will have to pay for a new service, no exceptions. No refunds I do my best to honor everyone’s time behind the chair. My schedule is often back to back appointments. When you book out large time slots and the day of you change your mind and now only want a gloss or another shorter appointment, it throws off my entire day, often leaving me with giant gaps I can’t fill. If you need to change what service you are getting to a shorter appointment please do so a week in advance, failure to do so will result in still being charged for the entirety of the original service you had booked Buying your own color after a service null and voids your chance of a redo, and I will not reimburse you for the color you purchased elsewhere.
